Divorce maintanence issue from husband

My husband and me both are not working still my parents help me for my baby but my husband is not with me he ran away without giving me divorce and he abusing my family and one of my cousin stay alone for his upsc study and my husband know about this and he stanched my cousin phone camera laptop and money he and his friend i already file a f.i.r against him

hello client as i can see your issue your need divorce as well as you must be also willing for child custody as well of your baby . in this matter i think you should immidatelu file other cases so tht your husband is able yo under his reponsibilties and start maintaining you . in this matter you need to file 3 cases against your husband

As you mentioned above that you and your cousin have already lodged a complaint regarding the incident of snatching of material and goods by your husband, who is not living with you currently and also not maintaining you and your child then the concerned authorities must be working upon your aforementioned complaint and if not then you have other remedies to avail in order to get relief in you favour.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather dragging your relationship it’s better to file for divorce against him on cruelty grounds. I would suggest for mutual divorce as it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
