Divorce mahila aayog counseling

I filed for divorce after 1 year of seperation, under section 13. So after 2nd counseling wife filed complaint in mahila aayog. But in mahila aayog results got in my favour, so again my wife filed case on my mother base on dowry. So whether filing multiple case in mahila aayog is legal? Can I put this in Court by application? She is torturing me & my relative so how I stop them?

Yes you can file an application in the court where the matter is pending and can get a restraining order against her. Besides you can also sue her for filing false complaints against your mother and claim relief. For any further advice feel free to contact Thanks

Greetings Multiple filing of cases in any forum is illegal and it can be challenged on the ground that she is unnecessary harassing in the garb of legal remedy. You can approach the Honble High court also to quash proceedings against you and go for filing criminal case against your spouse. For proper guidance do contact

Hi..!! Sir first of all Mahila Ayog is no court of law. Those are just mediators who tries to resolve your family issues so that court cases can be avoided. If your wife has filed any case in court then she can file no one can stop her. However you should fight that out as men are being harassed on the pretext of false cases.
