Hello,
I am an Indian and got married in Pune. I want to file for a divorce from Pune but living in Canada for 2 years.
How should I proceed?

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that you want to file divorce but you are out of pune, yes you can do that by appointing one power of attorney to appear on your behalf, in case you are going for litigation but if you are going for mutual divorce then you need to be present in person for proceedings of mutual divorce.
