13 of hindu marriage court 1955.on ex-party divorce u will take divorce.

Apke pas divorce dene ka achha ground hai. yadi apke pati divorce dena nhi chahte hai to unse koi lena nhi hai aap unke izajat ke bina hi divorce file kar sakte hai. firstly u have to file the case then court then he will appear before the court.
