divorce in islam for cheating wife

Hi, i have been living with my wife for 19+ years since 2000, with 2 children (14 years old boy and 12 years old girl). i found my wife cheating on me and we are not in good relationship. i have collected lots of evidence and tried corrected by using the neighbors support and warned her twice. then everything went fine. Now again i found she has been cheating on me with other man and collected lots of evidences including call records, audio and chats. i dont want to live with her anymore and my wife is very rude and she knows lots of influenced person in society and in our locality, her parents also knowing everything and still supporting her (they want to get more money from me) she is not agreeing for mutual divorce even though she dont like me. But we are living together now. every day i have been spending the sleepless nights and getting insomnia. mental diseases, etc. this is disturbing me always, how can i approach this divorce. can i go by court/panchayat?
