Divorce grounds for contested filing
06-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a recovered alcoholic who have not touched alcohol for 24 months. My husband left me 2 years back due to my relapses. We had a lot of fights during the time. I do not want divorce but my husband wants it. Can he file for contested divorce based on cruelty. We both used to drink and my condition went bad over the years. I corrected myself. I want him to reconcile. This is also my second marriage. Pls help.
yes he can but depend on evidence becouse how he prove his evidence is also important but at all court also see what are whish of both parties and welfare of children's fist upon you must find out what are those evidence it can help you and also collect all evidence which support you like you are now not drinking alcohole
