Divorce granted in family court. Can I take the case to high court

31-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi. I am vinitha. I am a Hindu. Since 7 years have been fighting for rcr and finally on 12/10/2022 the family court has dismissed my plea and given divorce with 8000₹ alimony per month. Can I fight the case in high court? Can I still win rcr? I need an efficient high court lawyer to fight my case.

Yes you have to challenge the order before high court meantime you can also make efforts to claim the alimony, secure all case documents and discuss with advocate about filing appeal and contesting it.

you appears that while you are husband had filed against you a divorce case, you had filed RCR against him. you have to file an appeal in High Court within 1 month of the date of decree. see the date of decree and the date of certified copy.

Dear Madam,
Indian married women cannot be forced to divorce when you are ready to save the marriage. Such decree can be challenged. It might be given on the ground of long separation between you and your husband. It is on wrong presumption. Husband cannot divorce except on TWO GROUNDS,

1.VOLUNTARY DESERTION BY WIFE
2. ESTABLISED ADULTERY BY WIFE

PLEASE COME TO MY OFFICE I MAY SERVE YOU LEGALLY.
