Divorce from wife on medical background.


19-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir My wife was diagnosed with 70% both kidney failure with in ten days of marriage. This problem is not curable and she will be unable to conceive with this problem. She is taking ayurvedic medicine. She is also a high BP patient. I want divorce from her. But her parents are not agree. So please guide what to do next. Thanks. Surinder Kumar

Divorce can be taken by filing petition in ADJ Court mentioning the reasons about conceal information regarding disease and problems of BP bbbb. bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb
