Divorce from wife for torturing and threatening of committing suicide

Can I get divorce from my wife because she mently tourcher me and give me suicide dhamki. But can I do, I have a girl baby child 1year. I want divorce, every time my wife dought on me I have relationship with another one. What can I do please guide me, I want 100%divorce
आप पत्नी द्वारा मानसिक उत्पीड़न व् आत्महत्या की धमकी देने के ground पर हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम की धारा 13 a के तहत तलाक मांग सकते हो। और अपने जिले की पारिवारिक न्यायालय में तलाक का केस अपने न्याय मित्र की सहायता से लगा सकते हो।
