Hello sir my brother(sikh) married in 2012 has a baby girl of 4yrs k h ghar m financial issue k wajah se bhabhi brother r mummy ko emotional n mentally torture karti h jis wajah se ghar m roj tension rahti h even dono husband wife ki tarah b nh rahte since so long my brother have tried many times everything to settle but she always abuse him even her parents also misbehave n use abusing language for my brother and his family my brother has also caught her with someone.. n then he called up her brother sir plzzzz suggest wat to be done as ab humme darr lagta h ab ki kahi woh Koi galat case banade humare against as woh bahut galat galat bolti h r dhumki deti h... Wat ing for reply Plzzzz suggest .....
Cruelty is the main ground on which your brother can file divorce as defined under ‘Sec 13(1) (i-a)’ of ‘The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955’ and after filing a case petitioner must prove that living between husband and wife became impossible.
