Divorce from in laws family as mother in law is not good

My mother in law is absolute inhuman in nature....she creates fractions between me n my husband verbally via emotional blackmail. We don't even stay with her as my husband has job in US but her continuous rumours against me n my family is making things very difficult to survive. I'm hindu n have 1 son.
The facts given by you are not complete. It appears to be a case of domestic violence. But it depends upon the complete facts which you can elaborate on personal meeting with your lawyer. In my opinion you discuss with a good advocate

As your problem is with mother in law u can't do much about it unless if u can tell clearly to ur husband about the same. That stop listen to mother in law or don't discuss her issue in front of u else u will take the son & will go somewhere else.

As far law is concerned there is no such provision in law which provide for Divorce with in law family .
As per Hindu marriage act you could file divorce case against your husband not with your in laws whatever may be the reasons .But yes there are remedies under Domestic violence Act of 2005 ,please the details !
