Divorce from husband for cruelty with me and my children

I am a nonworking housewife, my husband torchers me physically and mentaly and if divorced i have no income and residence. That to our flat has a big amount of loan. And i want the maintainence to take care of my children

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is abusing you and you are been victim of domestic violence caused by your husband, in such case you can file for domestic violence and also cruelty and can use same grounds for divorce too, and on the same grounds you can claim maintenance for yourself and your children, question of you being non working, you can take help of legal aid services which are available in every court.

My Response to your query: You can approach family Court for mentaince and divorce if you are genuine than court will allow mentaince there will be no issue with respect of mentaince. After that you can ask for Divorce for detail consultation you can contact me
