Divorce for sepcial marriage act which has been done jaut two weeks. Back ..after registration she does not want to live with me and at the same time not taking my calls and moving forward to live.this is my second marriage which she is aware of and now she is claiming to divorce first and then she is ready to live.can we make this void ???

if you are already married to a women and had entered into the second marriage without divorce you come under bigamous marriage. you will get punishment for this upto 7 years. the first step is to divorce the first wife then other strps

sir, your facts are not clear, in a general understanding, a marriage gets dissolved only with a divorce without getting a divorce you cannot marry again and if done it is illegal. when you file a petition for divorce and if she does not respond, then the court may pass an order in your favor. kindly give further clear details for better suggestions
