Divorce for frauds done by inlaws

I want to divorce my wife because she parents said that she is educated but after marriage she is illiterate and some mental issues they fraud to us saying so many lie....

As you are saying that her parents said that she is educated but subsequently found to be illiterate then if it is not more than one year of marriage then you may file petition for nullity of marriage on the ground that wife and her parents obtained your consent for marriage by playing fraud by hiding material circumstances about wife's life from you.

Yes you can file for divorce as the ground for divorce is good and that they have hidden important facts and have misrepresented the girl which amounts to cheating and fraud under which you are the victims of they action
