Divorce for cruelty committed by wife
15-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello experts,
I am a indian christian who got married in jul 2015. My wife got conceived and left my home in October 2015 and never came and live back with me due to difference of opinions.
She didn't even inform me of the child birth and after nearly 1.5 years in Aug 2017 I sent her a lawyer notice to come and live with me.
She then filed a contested divorce on me by sep 2017 by also enclosing the notice I sent and said she needs divorce from me based on cruelty.
I also filed a counter and told am also ready to give divorce as she wished. Then she dragged the case nearly for 1.5 years and in Jun 2019 withdrew her case without mentioning any reason.
Then in Aug 2019 I filed a divorce case on her for cruelty she committed by deserting me since 2015 , not informed child birth and for filing divorce case and withdrawing. Now as respondent she is saying that she wants to live with me and asking court to dismiss. I don't want to live with her anymore, please suggest if I can win this .
at this juncture contest the diverse case filed by you if your wife is offering reunion you should answer correct way you are not for Union if you are not willing to join make your case very. because the dispersion ground is good for you quality that a child birth is not inform to you through these two facts before the court
