Divorce for brother who is suffering from since 2017

My bro is suffering due to his wife since 2016 she is keeping kids with her to use them as tools she already took money in 2021and 125 crpc was closed but she is not giving divorce she has cunningly made that case in her favour and divorce is not granted and now case is in high court even if my bro wins she will definitely going to challenge in supreme court..please help how to literally get ride of her

hi I want to know more about case first of yah bataen aap kahan se Hain case kab se chal raha hai ki vajah kya hai kitne bacche Hain maintenance Kitna bandha hai kab bandha hai and Aapke bhai kya karte hain saree cases karne ki kya vajah thi

dekhiae aapke brother ka jo case hai agar aapka Dial code aur Highcourt se decide hone ke bad Supreme Court mein challenge Kiya ja raha hai to Supreme Court mein fight karne ke liye Ham aapki madad kar sakte hain aap Chahe To Hamen Supreme Court ke matter ke liye contact kar sakte hain

aisey thodey she can keep challenging the case koi na koi wajah toh hogi...agar merit par case decide huaa hai toh aisey thodey kar sakti hai saari baat toh clear hogi aapkey case key papers dekh kar take an appointment for it taki aapki maddat kari jaa sakey
