Divorce for a marriage solemnised abroad

I got married in Mauritius apostiled the certificate however did not get attested from Indian embassy. I live in India and my wife lives in France. Can I file for divorce in India. I’m Indian she’s french

dear client as per your query since you are citizen of India and want to apply for divorce in India yes you can apply for mutual divorce have you both resided India together say in details.. if yes you can apply for mutual divorce..

Prepare a detailed divorce petition outlining the grounds for divorce and other relevant details. Submit the petition to the family court with jurisdiction over the matter.
