Divorce filing procedure, documents for separation proof, and alimony

My husband is in a live in relationship with someone else for tbe last 7 years. Can I file for divorce on this ground? Am I eligible for alimony? What documents should I provide to show that we have been living apart?

hi yes you could file for divorce on grounds of cruelty and adultery as he is having extra marital affairs and yes you could also file for maintenance in the meantime and could claim it and your parents evidence and your evidence will be enough to show that you are living separately

You can apply contested divorce and also you can apply for maintainance or alimony also ....Yes you have full rights to apply for divorce on this grounds and we can file a case without divorce he living with other lady ....approach to any advocate he will help u out
