As you got married recently so you cannot file for mutual divorce now . There are two options, either you can live separately and get back . If again the issues and serious aggressive arguments arises then you both can get mutual divorce. Second option currently is get a marriage counselling now such that they can guide you both.

Divorce is not possible before 1 year , Mandatory 1 year is wait time. However if their is aggressiveness and arguments happening than case for marriage cancellation can be filed in court that is filed within first year only. Further you can contact for complete information.

dear client. before completing one year of marriage you can't file divorce case but you can file the suit for the judicial separation if you are facing serious trouble and your relationship is not cordial

You are correct that a divorce petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act (Mutual Consent Divorce) can be filed only after completion of one year of marriage. However, if the disputes have become severe — involving mental cruelty, physical aggression, or unbearable circumstances — you still have legal options before that period. You may file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 or seek police protection and counseling through the Mahila Thana or Family Counseling Centre. Simultaneously, you can issue a legal notice expressing your intent to separate and begin documenting all incidents as evidence. After completion of one year of marriage, you can proceed with filing for divorce (mutual or contested) before the Family Court, supported by these records. For now, focus on ensuring your safety and maintaining written or digital evidence of ongoing cruelty or harassment, which will help in future proceedings.
