The facts stated by you are all against your wife and you have stated that she has filed a divorce petition with false accusations. Truth or falsehood of accusations and your replies will depend upon the proofs given by the either side. Assuming that we you are saying is correct and you have enough proof to support your statement, you have enough grounds for divorce without any damage to you but all will depend upon the proofs.

IN the present circumstances, you must collect evidence of her extra martial relationship, and file divorce on grounds of desertion, Adultery, and Cruelty. Whatever the accusations are against you, this may act as some sort of defence to such accusations, through in the event allegations imputed against you are grave, you may need to defend in accordance with facts. hi,
Take the custody of both of your children by showing the proves of harrassment of your daughter by her mother and having affair with any married person and stop to give any alimony by opposing her in the court, and can also think for second marriage.
