Divorce File without Wife Consent

I want to file a divorce, on what ground i can take divorce from my wife if she deny for the divorce.

There are several grounds upon which you can take divorce depending upon facts and circumstances of your case. There are grounds like harassment mental and physical, non compatibility, etc. Please look what suits you best and what you are able to prove before the Court by way of evidence also.

Hello in this case I think you don't want the consent of your wife to file the divorce case so you have to raise some ground like Ruby you have to show that to duty has been done upon you and you should have all the evidences to show that moreover there are other also ground on which you can seek divorce for more details kindly share your question in detail thank you

You can file divorce under certain grounds enunciated under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954. The grounds are as follows : Cruelty, Adultery, Renunciation, desertion, Communicable disease etc
