i am planning to divorce file with mutual concern with my husband I stay a rented house which paid by my husband. can i stay there during divorce period?

okay I understand your questions so now you plan filed mutual divorce right yes it is possibl divorce period you stay with your husband right yes it is possible to stay with your husband till get divorce after divorce you will move saparatly legaly so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

Staying in the house the rent of which is paid by husband is not a problem for filing divorce whether mutual or otherwise. mutual consent divorce can be file even while living in the same house are premises, only it has to be managed by drafting as required by law.
