For filling divorce there should be 1 year of marriage which should be complete ,there are exceptional cases when divorce can be taken within one year of marriage. U have to file application under section 13A for divorce by mutual consent or under section 13 B for contested divorced. ..U have to file it on the grounds mentioned in the law such as cruelty ,desertion etc. . U have to file the photos /,marriage certificates etc for filling the case .

Pati ya Patni donon me se koi bhi ek ya donon (mutual consent) divorce case file kar sakte hain. Filing ka process thoda sa complicated hai to main aapko suggest karunga ki aap kisi lawyer se baat kar lein uske regarding.
