I am planning to file a divorce (on the grounds of emotional, verbal, domestic abuse). I have proofs (audio recordings). How much time will the divorce take ? Will I get the custody of my daughter (7 years of age), what are the possibilities of having difficulty getting custody of my daughter ?
I dont mind him meeting my daughter after divorce, but I wish to go outside India for a job, can he stop me from taking my daughter with me ?
Will it be difficult even within India, to move to a different city with my daughter after I get divorced and get her custody ?

You may plan for divorce petition and the same will be filed in the court having jurisdiction.
There is no time limit for disposal of the petition no advocate can give the fix time.

Hello...you should file a divorce petition in family Court with that grounds ...atleast 1 year time to take divorce..you should get the custody of your daughter also because mother is the first caretaker of her daughter..
