If the summons was not received then only second attempt will be allowed. Summons once received do not require for issuance for the second time. Depending on the circumstances the court may either adjourn the case to a different date or proceed to pass the order exparte.

hello brother court won't pass exparte order so soon court will give you time for 2 to 3 hearing and my advice try to file vakalat as soon as possible for your sake and you can get time after filing vakalath to file counter form your side. all the best
