Divorce Consultation in toxic marriage case, other party is threatinin

Due to various reasons , me and wife are living seperate since April 2021. We have 7 years old kid living with her. Most of my saving, car , household items are with Her. I also pay her monthly, pay emi for our joint property, she keep the rent too. I pay all kids education/other expenses. We tried to reconcile multiple times but failed. But she don't want to give me divorce and have threatened me on multiple occasions. I am really worried that she and her sister can file a case on me.

sir you can file for contesting divorce case either RCR on legal grounds by mentioning your all facts as if you will file prior of your wife then the amounts and other relevant facts you should not have to proof in court the proofing burden will fall for other party

okay I understand your questions so now your wife living saparatly and you are giving to child education everything right so she is not filed any case till right so you are already ask her to give divorce but she didn't agreed right. you only file a divorce case against her cruality and desertion ground courtbwill grant divorce on merites so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

With some evidences for what all you have said here you can apply for divorce even if she does not consent to it. You can initiate the process by first filing for restitution and then if she doesn't come back you will have a legal ground to file for divorce.
