Divorce case with secure future of mine and my children

I am hindu.My husband has affairs and he is in a physical relation with other woman also so i wanna take divorce. And I have 2 children.but my financial position is so poor. Please suggest how should i handle this situation in low money with good decision and financial support for future

The reason you have stated is a valid ground for divorce. It can be taken. At the same time, you are required to file maintenance and alimony as well. It will help you. However you need to take action first and accordingly justice can be taken For more, you may contact me

as you mention that your husband is having physical relation with another women and you have two little kids and you want some solid money from your husband for the children in you for there living so you have all the option first of all you can ask for there mantinance for there living under section 125 crpc and if you want to live with your husband in the house than under domestic violence you can ask for separate resident from them
