20-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has put a stay to my case in high court. On what grounds can I put a memo to lift the stay. Her family has blackmailed, threatened and cyber bullied my friends family and mine too . Can a memo in this regard be moved?

Yes, you can lodge a FIR against her and her family members to criminally intimidate you. You can lodge Case for Cyber Bullying under the concerned Sections of IT Act, 2000. You can lodge case of Mental Harrasment too. By filing all these cases, you can mention in the concerned court, that, I have filed all these genuine cases against the accused because by Cyber Bullying, Blackmailing & threatning, they were restricting me to lift the stay legally by approaching you and that's why, I am here you before today after filing all these cases to lift the stay. Kindly set the Stay Order aside.

To decide the grounds on which stay has to be lifted, it is essential to know the grounds on which stay has been obtained by your wife. threats and intimidation in electonic media constitutes offence under cyber law as well as under IPC sections. so definitely action can be taken
