Divorce case reply as he wants to divorse

I have 18months marriage lyf where I was tortured and bitten..ot given food..he was not talking caring always avoiding me.and was involved with various women in his lyf. We had a fight where I was forced to raise my hand but just a friend nothing seriously. This instance continue he also hit me and said I will hit in ur abdomen lyk diz that u vil not be able to conceive.and then one day he kept me in my mother house and after that he send a divorce paper.after trying to mutually control the situation we failed.and again I got a second letter wat will I do...all my ornaments documents everything are in their custody...they have gave me 4 clothes and send me in mom house...ow wat to do next?????

dear client as per your query since divorce petition is filled say in details it is mutual or contested divorce so that I can help you you can file domestic violence against your husband and can also file for maintenance you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

As per your query in law rato, you need to file a complaint under sec 498a against your husband and any others members in your in laws family. Then you file a domestic violence case and maintenance case agaisnt your husband.

what you would do will depend on what you want. it is better not to get entangled into legal quagmire and try to resolve the difference by and among yourself by taking assistance from some mediator if you both cannot resolce your differences. but in case you are determined to get your legal rights adjudicated then you have several remedies before you including but not limited to maintenance protection residence order, criminal case to recover stridhan etc. meet any lawyer over a conference to discuss your next course of action.

you need not worry if he has filed a case of divorce do not opt for filing multiple cases a the judiciary is slow, you need to understand technically how court functions with proper pros and cons so that you can obtain sufficient amount of money and all your jewelleries back in your possession
