Divorce case pending since three years

My divorce case is being dragged by my wife who is not willing to sign the papers.Every single time she gets away using some loophole in the system. Now she has put a stay in the high court.I really need a solution to put an end to this as she is playing with the law.please help me with best options of what can be done in such situations
