Divorce case pending in Delhi, wife filed again in Jaipur, what to do

24-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir's, I want to know that I had filed divorce case in Delhi Court in 2011 when wife with our 2 kids was staying together with me. In the proceedings of divorce she was with me, court councellor was appointed for mediation and later wife locked the door and run away with our kids by giving a application in local ps at delhi. Afterward case went for exparte and later wife filed for dowry case in Jaipur Rajasthan and then I was arrested, sent to pc 8 and jc for 4 days. Parents also arrested and then wife filed for DVA, 125Crpc and HMA 9with24 at Family court Jaipur in Dec2012. Later wife filed transfer petition in supreme court in 2013 for divorce case. I filed section 10&12 cpc for staying HMA 9&24 with P&H high court judgement over same case proceeding of HMA, which is still pending to decide in divorce at Delhi. becuase my divorce case was pending in Delhi court when she filed for HMA-9&24. What remedy I can get from JAIPUR FAMILY COURT in my application for dismiss for HMA 9 & 24

In your case first what order has been passed by supreme court pertaining to transfer cases. Whether all in Delhi and all in Jaipur secondly. Once exparte order was passed then proceed for execution...

Hello Sir,
Conduct of your wife is not Bonafide, as she has filed various cases with the motive to harrass you.
You can show the conduct of your wife in the court of Jaipur by filing copies of various litigations pending.
On one part she has filed case under DV act and on the other part she has filed Restitution of conjugal rights, they are itself contradictory.
