Divorce case filed in 2012 husband not ready for it and wants me back

I have filed Divorce case in 2012...husband is not ready to give divorce saying he wants me n child back..but I really don't want to go back to him as I have gone through very bad pain physically n mentally..case is olso not moving in the court..please help...i want to get divorce soon..
File maintenance case, domestic violence case, dowry harassment case against his entire family later all will come to criminal court as accused person or get them arrested send to jail all ur issues will be solved do it and achieve by getting maintenance and permanent alimony

You have to ask your lawyer about the delay. Go and check the status of case at court and ask your advocate why it is getting delay and what is the stage of case now and what has to be done next in the case for its progress and to finish it off early. So keep in contact with your advocate or change your advocate if your are not happy with his performance ask him NOC .
