Divorce Case Filed By Husband On Basis Of cruelty After Year Separatio

I left my matrimonial house 1 year back... Within 3 months of marriage and kept demanding for divorce as was not comfortable with the matrimonial responsibilities. My husband has filed divorce case against me stating he was mentally tortured by me and taken insurance policy after 2 months marriage before i left the house as he was threanten I might not harm him. Also he has presented after marriage call details with my boyfriend and a threanten call with him and my boyfriend shared false info my bf & me were married and many recording like will leave him with a child if not comfortable. He has mentioned he is unable perform he has responsibilities of his younger siblings, who will also get effected I divorce is not granted. Please advice

if your Husband file divorce case against you then court naver allowed divorce if it is demanding by one party specificaly by husband. If you do not want divorce then you shall have to appear in the court and file your objection and also explain the all conditions.
