Divorce case details update............

I have applied for a divorce case through a lawyer and my final hearing was over. My lawyer said I will get the order within couple of days. But still i didn't get my case no. and the same is not updated in the online portal. I don't know whether to trust or not. Kindly advise.

That's interesting. If your lawyer is not responsive then you can directly go to the family court in which your case was filed and enquire with the bench clerk or you can request a lawyer in the court to assist you with your case status.

If the case filed on the grounds of mutual divorce then you will get in case number instantaneously. With regard to the orders, few judges are currently in transfer and there might be a slight delay in getting your order copy. Let me know who is your council and name of the parties I will be able to crosscheck with the same with the family court and let you know
