Divorce case closed as husband not able to give alimony amount
22-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
5 year case closed in dec 17, man not able to arrange lumsom amount 22 lac and female dont want to give divorce. Lumsome amount is beyond limit of that man
Then what did your lawyer if that person can't arrange money he shall paid the monthly instalment along with interest and also liable to attachment as per civil law if he has the property in his share contact to me
