Divorce case and the Jwellery possession of her in-laws family

07-Nov-2025 (In Divorce Law)
ChatGPT said: My sister married in March 2024 into a Hindu family. Soon her husband and in-laws began insulting and abusing her and our parents. He broke her phone, refused contact, and never cared during her pregnancy. After delivery, he threatened our family with harm; all threats and abuses are recorded. They later filed a false jewellery case. She now seeks divorce, punishment for them, custody, maintenance for her baby, and confirmation that her marriage jewellery remains hers.
