Divorce case and maintenances case issues.

Helllo sir.My husband filed divorce case on desertion n cruelty. I dont want divorce. If i contest the case can i win the case or just push the days. Or yrs?! Will court counselling sort all issues n pach up? My age 33 not working qualified MBA at home taking care of baby..I want to file for maintenance. His salary 80k. How much i can demand for myself n baby. He s having insurance n savings. Can i claim on it. ?! My hus failed to take care of my baby from day 1 physically as well financially. How to demand all these.? If he try to hide money n lie wat to do.

hello client as i can see ur issues are very much genuine. as you said your husband is not willing to take full responsibility of yours and your baby in this case you can claim your full maintinance as well as your child maintinance also. if you do not wish to give divorce in tht case your husban can not take divorce i assure you.

Yes you can get maintenance under section 125Crpc and Domestic Violence case ..u can even get right to residence etc Plus if there is any Harrasment on you for downy or likewise then u can file 498a too ..

Dear client, You can definitely file for maintenance case against your husband snd he is definitely liable to pay the same. Whereas if he files for divorce and you didn’t agree for the same, the court will refer you both to mediation. Rest please contact personally to discuss the matter in detail.
