hi i am shweta, i am 36 year old. and currently i am mother of two children. I am living with my husband but wants to separate with him due to lack of understanding and marital issues. currently i am earning only 50K which is not enough to survive in this city with education, How i can challenge my alumni for kids education and life?

hi Shweta, file for divorce on various grounds laid down under Hindu marriage act and also side by side file for an interim maintenance for your kids . ur husband has to pay that . u will definitely get justice.

Q: Fake watsapp profile to be used as evidence

I think my friends ex set up a fake watsapp profile of her and might use it as court evidence. Does a court just accept printed screenshots or must they prove the phone number and device it was sent from

dear client, it is important to note that fake WhatsApp chats are not admissible in court of law. also these WhatsApp chats are anyways are secondary evidence. so no need to worry but be very careful.thanks

Q: Arya samaj marriage seperation

I and my bf did arya samaj marriage 3 years ago and did not registered it in court. Now we are not in relation anymore. How can we collapse this marriage. He is saying that we need to file a divource, but if the thing is not registered into court, why there is need to end it in court. Please help me to discontinue this arya samaj marriage

Q: How to call off a forced marriage

Hi Sincere advice only since looking for a legal service soon.My girl friend got married 3 months back under pressure of her family but since then she is having a miserable life. She is not welcomed by her in-laws and her husband is completely of opposite nature what it used to be earlier. Her sister-in-law (lives separately) doesn't want to see her face and threatens to suicide if she face her. She has not established any physical relationships with her husband so far. Now she has decided to call of this forced marriage. Please suggest what are the options available to her. Of course the mutual separation/divorce is the easiest one but that doesn't seems to be feasible option.

Dear client,The first thing she has to do is to live separately from her husband and start calculating the time period for the same. Helllo sir.My husband filed divorce case on desertion n cruelty. I dont want divorce. If i contest the case can i win the case or just push the days. Or yrs?! Will court counselling sort all issues n pach up?My age 33 not working qualified MBA at home taking care of baby..I want to file for maintenance. His salary 80k. How much i can demand for myself n baby. He s having insurance n savings. Can i claim on it. ?!My hus failed to take care of my baby from day 1 physically as well financially. How to demand all these.? If he try to hide money n lie wat to do.

Dear client, You can definitely file for maintenance case against your husband snd he is definitely liable to pay the same. Whereas if he files for divorce and you didn’t agree for the same, the court will refer you both to mediation. Rest please contact personally to discuss the matter in detail.
