Divorce case And dv case file kiya hai

Do case file ho ek family court me Or ek dv dono ke advocate alag hai ager ek case me lage ki advocate ka sport guidance sahi nhi to dushre advocate se hearing me date per khada karsakte hai

Yes u can engage another advocate at any time during the hearing proceedings. .For this u have to get NOC from the earlier advocate and if he does not gives it u can file an application for change of. counsel with an affidavit as per Family courts act .

haan aap apni pasand se advocate hire kar sakte hain. aap unse likhwa le aur dusre vakil ko matter handover kar sakte hain.. shuru se leke aakhiri tak ek hi vakeel sahab ho . ye zaroori nahi. there is no provision as such which states that it's mandatory to to continue with the same advocate
