Hi My wife has left from my home and put up cases in me and my family And later she applied divorce in court She is a government bank employee in Andhra Pradesh and she applied divorce case in huzurnagar court Telangana that her mother is a native from that jurisdiction

hi first need to see whether you received summons in the case and whether you engaged an advocate to represent on your behalf in the matter and if you want to transfer the case then you could file petition in supreme court

then file a petition in high court of telangana for squash of the criminal case against you and your family. take appropriate steps to come out of the cases so that you and your family gets benefitted
