in mutual consent if both the parties are ready you can go for mutual and after filing and lapse of forty five days we can show the court is urgent and get divorce orders soon or else need to wait for lapse of cooling period that is 6 months

This would be filed by both the parties not anyone of them , as a single petition has to be filed and both parties should declare that all the matters relating to either on in monetari or child custody have been agreed between them and nothing remains.
