Divorce by mutual consent after 3 years of marriage

I was in a troubled marriage for 3 years we had compatibility issues now we both want divorce,it's not a registered marriage we are living separately from 1 year, how should I go about filing a divorce,is blame game part of the deal can I get divorce on compatibility problems and 3 years struggle to live peacefully with each other but failing to do so in arranged marriage

good evening sir you can file for mutual divorce if both the parties are agreeing to it ISM is the most convenient procedure to come out from a troubled marriage it saves time as you both can Part ways with in 3to 6 months to discuss in detail you can get in touch with me regards

You can seek a decree of divorce by two ways. One by way of mutual consent in case both of you are willing to separate on mutual terms. It will take less time and cost. On the alternative in case your spouse is not willing, then you have to file a divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty, desertion etc
