Divorce By Mutual Consent After 1 Year

Me and wife separated a year.if we apply divorce we get divorce without cooling period.1 year will completed in this March 4

Dear Client... The husband and wife must have been living separately for at least 1 year. There must be no coercion, fraud or undue influence between the spouses and there must be free consent to get the mutual consent divorce.... if u need without cooling period both of u must to be appeared three times before mediator appointed by yhe court... if u need furthermore clarification or doubt ple call me E.Iyappan Advocate thank you...

Yes you and your wife can together file a petition for divorce by mutual consent after lapse of one year from the date of marriage. Cooling period of six months may be waived off by the court if strong reasons are provided.
