Mutual Consent divorce procedure takes atleast 6 months of time from the time we file a petition under mutual consent at the desired jurisdiction of the court.
The paperwork required is the petition, Marriage photo, marriage certificate, invitation card, 2 documents of address proof.

Hi, it takes almost 6 months but can take more time as well which depends upon Judge’s discretionary power and court diary.
Party has to stay separate since one year.. they are given 6 months cooling period and thereafter judge will ask whether they want to stay together or to get separated.
