Divorce / Annulment of marriage

My brother got married in 16th June 2019 and considering the fact that the family of bride is alleging us of doing the torcher which we consider to be the responsibility of the bride. Please suggest how can we get a divorce or do the annulment of this marriage. Note that the bride is not ready to accept the divorce. Hello, You can go for contested divorce. For filing a contested divorce you need to show certain ground under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and section 27 under special marriage act. Which shall be Cruelty, asuktery, desertion, conversion, mental disorder, leprosy, Venreal Disease, Renunciation, not heard alive etc.

1 year separation should be there for the divorce process and if you want to file case against the harrasment and cruelty you can file domestic violence and 498 against the husband and hia family you can claim maintenance also from husband
