Divorce and want to know how to proceed or approach this situation

I have been married in India for 1.7years but me and my husband started living together in Canada only since the last two months as we were living in a long distance relationship due to visa issues. We always fight over small things but end up saying a lot of things . And most importantly I feel like he is trying to control me over everything lik right from the dress I wear to when I should use my phone ,and I’m not allowed to go anywhere not even step out of the house.who do proceed further ?

in your case since you were married in India you have to file for divorce in Indian jurisdictional Court only. you should be having some proof of his actions and behaviour to make the ground for your case.
