My parents forced me to marry a girl against my wish and just three months completed. I have no interest to live with her. I want to apply divorce and marry my ex-lover. Because I was in live in relationship with my ex-lover for 9 years. Please suggest
You need to wait for one year to complete and then you can apply for divorce. Try to convince your wife so that the divorce procedure goes smoothly. Otherwise you will end up with complications. The fault is on you.

just go for null and void for non consumption of marriage right stage to file a divorce petition only after the completion of one year of the marriage you have the right to file a divorce petition at appropriate send at least one year of separation is needed so you have the option to go for null and void on the ground of non consummation of marriage
