Court ordered a maintenance of 5000 rs. in my favour but as my husband is already evicted from my in laws property and never showed up how I get my maintanance then I approach women cell where my case is already filled there they we can't do any thing because you withdraw your in laws in court . Even I don't want anything from my husband because he never called me for mediation so I just need divorce and my own dowry things back . Can you suggest me a solution for that I am a hindu

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to seek a detailed consultancy from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial cases. You have an option to file a divorce petition and an execution petition for your maintenance. Further better particulars are required

in such a situation the best legal recourse will be to file a divorce case and also claim the property you have received as stridhan you will be mentioning that case was withdrawn under influence and never intended to be withdrawn. this will make sure that the court entertains your plea also and you get what you want as to divorce and stridhan in the nature of property you have received in your marriage. Also a miscellaneous application will be made for maintenance also while mentioning the amount already ordered by court

It is very difficult to advice you before reading your case file. Need to check the order by which you had withdrawn your case.
Why your advocate has not file execution for the same.
Yes you can file for divorce on many grounds.
