you can send her talaknama according to the Muslim law. and also pronounced the same on phone there after you has to give her mehar. all the things required to be performed according to the Muslim law and after completing all the above thing it will be a divorce ( Talak). and if required for further decleration for court you can do it on the basis of your talaknama.
