Divorce and legal course and bring them to table

Our girl's husband saying going to Canada to earn to meet business losses with all financial support from the girl's side left Hyderabad a year and a half back. Making us believe that he did not get employment, we supported for his sustenance. Later we realised his lies and located him in Delhi. When we went to bring him, he did not come and neither is coming now. We also spent lot of money for the wedding which happened 8 years back. His father is not responding for settlement. How do we need to take the issue forward for legal separation and getting the back the money from his father.
